Jan Lilleby
Jan Lilleby is an experienced strategic and operational adviser to top management in their relations with business, politics and the media. He began his career as a financial journalist before establishing his own consultancy at the age of 27. He holds a master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and is a graduate of the Royal Norwegian Officer Candidate School. In 2025, Kapital recognized him as one of Norway’s 40 most promising business talents under the age of 40.
Erlend Owesen
Erlend Owesen has a background from research, with a PhD in philosophy from the University of Cambridge, funded by Aker Scholarship. Owesen's research is published in international peer-reviewed journals, and is centered around the topics of physical pain, consciousness, and cognitive science. After his PhD, he was adviser at First House for two years before joining Lilleby. Owesen assists Norwegian and international companies in a number of industries with strategic communication.
